This talk introduces the third week’s Truth Of Happiness course Dhamma study on developing understanding of The Four Noble Truths and how Jhana meditation and the broader framework of the Eightfold Path supports release from craving and clinging and the cessation of dukkha. Included at the end of the talk is a twenty-minute Jhana meditation session. The talk concludes with Metta Intentional Meditation.
