This talk introduces the third week’s Truth Of Happiness course Dhamma study on developing understanding of The Four Noble Truths and how Shamatha-Vipassana meditation and the broader framework of the Eightfold Path supports release from craving and clinging and the cessation of dukkha. Included at the end of the talk is a twenty-minute Shamatha-Vipassana meditation session. The talk concludes with Metta Intentional Meditation.
