Introduction

Our fourteen-class structured study of the Noble Truth of self-imposed stress and suffering, Dukkha, develops the right method of Dhamma practice.

The Buddha’s Dhamma presented here with introductory suttas on Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path and individual suttas for each of the twelve factors of Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path.

Describing each aspect of these fundamental factors of awakening will clearly reveal a nuanced but accessible Dhamma that only requires engaging with this Right Method of Practice to liberate one’s self from self-imposed ignorance and the ongoing grasping-after and clinging to internal and external manifestations of this ignorance of these Four Truths.
